EPA Corrects Effective Date of Hazardous Waste Management Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected the effective date of a 1998 rule on hazardous waste management to align with the Congressional Review Act, following a deregulatory amendment that went into effect on August 6, 1998, and another amendment on February 8, 1999.
