Federal Agencies Seek Public Comment on Transfer Agent Registration Form

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Federal Reserve Board, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) are requesting public comment on the extension and revision of the Transfer Agent Registration and Amendment Form (TA-1), which is used for savings associations engaging in transfer agent activities, until April 6, 2007, and October 13, 2006, respectively.
