Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Invite Public Comment on Proposed Revisions to Information Collection

The OCC and FDIC are seeking public comment on proposed revisions to two information collections, including the Interagency Bank Merger Act Application and Interagency Biographical and Financial Report, as part of their effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
