Irish Potatoes Grown in Colorado; Decreased Assessment Rate

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule reducing the assessment rate for Colorado potato growers from $0.0030 to $0.0015 per hundredweight, effective for the 1998-99 fiscal period and beyond, to fund the Colorado Potato Administrative Committee's operations.
