U.S. President Issues FY 1999 Refugee Admissions Numbers and In-Country Refugee Status Determination

The U.S. President has made a presidential determination regarding the refugee admissions numbers and in-country refugee status for FY 1999, as mandated by the Immigration and Nationality Act and the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act.
