FinCEN Proposes Extension of Beneficial Ownership Reporting Deadline for 2024 Entities

FinCEN is proposing to extend the filing deadline for beneficial ownership information reports for entities created or registered in 2024, from 30 days to 90 days for entities created between January 1, 2024, and January 1, 2025, to allow them more time to gather necessary information.
