CFTC Proposes Changes to Derivatives Clearing Organization Risk Management Regulations

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is proposing to update its regulations to allow futures commission merchants that are clearing members to treat the separate accounts of a single customer as separate entities for certain regulatory purposes.
