Medicare, Medicaid, and CLIA Programs; Extension of Certain Effective Dates for Clinical Laboratory Requirements Under CLIA

The Department of Health and Human Services has extended certain effective dates for clinical laboratory requirements to give itself more time to issue revised quality control requirements and assess changes to director qualifications for high complexity testing labs.
