NASA Grants Exclusive Patent License to Associate Technical Management Corporation

NASA has announced that Associate Technical Management Corporation of Texarkana, Arkansas, has submitted an application for an exclusive license to practice the Plant Chlorophyll Content Imager, a patent invention assigned to the US government through the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
