Notice of Request for Extension of an Existing Information Collection

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is seeking public input on a renewal of information collection, specifically the Certification and Agreement Forms for the Gas and Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Safety Program, which is used by state agencies to attest to regulatory jurisdiction and comply with federal safety standards, and to calculate grants for pipeline safety programs.
