HUD Corrects Mark-to-Market Program Public Comment Address

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is correcting an error in its September 1998 interim rule implementing the Mark-to-Market Program, a multifamily housing mortgage and housing assistance restructuring program. The correction updates the internet address for submitting public comments by email.
