Court Lodges Consent Decree for Lake Geneva Associates Environmental Cleanup

The US Environmental Protection Agency has lodged a consent decree with Lake Geneva Associates, a group of companies, to address environmental contamination at a site in New York, as required by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
