Wrangell-St. Elias National Preserve; Notice of Availability

The U.S. government has made available a plan for mining operations on placer claims in the Wrangell-St. Elias National Preserve, following the required procedures outlined in federal regulations. Mark Fales has submitted a plan of operations for the proposed mining activities on Big Eldorado Creek.
