Army Expands Personnel Management Demonstration Project to Include Additional Research Laboratories

The Office of Personnel Management is expanding the Army's Personnel Management Demonstration Project to include employees at the Army Engineer Waterways Experiment Station, Army Construction Engineering Research Laboratories, Army Topographic Engineering Center, and Army Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory, as authorized by the 5 U.S.C. 4703 and Pub. L. 103-337.
