EPA Approves South Dakota State Implementation Plan for Clean Air Act, Excluding New Source Performance Standards and Pretesting Regulations
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Governor of South Dakota, which includes revisions to the state's air pollution control program, excluding two specific regulations. The approval is considered noncontroversial and will be implemented as a direct final rule if no adverse comments are received.
