NIH to Grant Co-Exclusive License for erbB-2 Gene Segments, Probes and Kits

The National Institutes of Health is considering granting a co-exclusive license to Oncor, Inc. for the use of erbB-2 gene segments, probes, recombinant DNA and kits for detection worldwide, following the filing of two patent applications in 1987 and 1995.
