EPA Region II Office Announces Intent to Delete Hill Property from National Priorities List

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region II Office is seeking public comment on its plan to remove the Hill Property portion of the American Cyanamid Superfund Site from the National Priorities List, following completion of all necessary response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
