Florida Requests EPA Delegation of Accidental Release Prevention Requirements Under Clean Air Act

The State of Florida has requested the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to delegate the accidental release prevention requirements for risk management programs under the Clean Air Act Section 112(r)(7), with the exception of propane-only sources. If no adverse comments are received, the EPA will approve the request, effectively formalizing the delegation for all applicable sources except those with propane as their only regulated substance.
