EPA Proposes Federal Implementation Plans to Reduce Ozone Transport

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing Federal implementation plans to address potential non-compliance with the Clean Air Act, specifically in regards to nitrogen oxide emissions and ozone transport in the eastern United States, following the completion of a recent nitrogen oxide SIP call.
