EPA Withdraws Pennsylvania Air Quality Implementation Plan Rule Due to Adverse Comments

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its direct final rule for approving revisions to Pennsylvania's enhanced motor vehicle emissions inspection and maintenance program, following receipt of adverse comments, and will issue a final rule based on a parallel proposal published in 1998.
