EPA Extends Comment Period for Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for a proposed approval of Pennsylvania's air quality plan, which aims to improve the state's enhanced motor vehicle inspection and maintenance program, until November 16, 1998.
