Medicare Program Actuarial Rates and Premium Rate for 1999

The Medicare program has announced the monthly actuarial rates and premium rate for 1999, which will be effective from January 1, 1999. The rates include $92.30 for aged enrollees and $103.00 for disabled enrollees, with a monthly SMI premium rate of $45.50.
