EPA Approves Revisions to Florida State Implementation Plan for Southeast Florida

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Florida State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Southeast Florida, which includes Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, submitted by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) on November 15, 1995. The approved revisions update emissions budgets for transportation conformity, aligning with the Transportation Conformity Rule and subsequent amendments.
