EPA Approves Florida's State Implementation Plan Revision for Air Quality Planning Purposes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Florida, which revises the emissions budget for use in determining Transportation Conformity in the Southeast counties of Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. The EPA anticipates no adverse comments and will not institute a second comment period.
