SEC Approves NASD Rule Change on Arbitrator Selection for Public Customers

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted approval to the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) proposed rule change regarding the selection of arbitrators in public customer arbitrations, following a notice of filing and accelerated approval of amendments to the rule change.
