The U.S. Government, represented by the Secretary of the Navy, has made a government-owned invention, a Thin-Film Edge Field Emitter Device, available for licensing by the Department of the Navy, as detailed in U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 09/062,735 and Navy Case No. 79,154.
