CFTC Extends Comment Period for Derivatives Clearing Organization Risk Management Regulations

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has extended the comment period for proposed risk management regulations related to the treatment of separate accounts by futures commission merchants until June 30, 2023, following an initial deadline of June 13, 2023.
