HUD Waives Requirements for Disaster Recovery Initiative Funds

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has published a notice outlining the waivers and modifications to requirements for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds under the 1998 Supplemental Appropriations and Rescissions Act, as part of the 1998 HUD Disaster Recovery Initiative.
