Louisiana Receives Final Authorization for Hazardous Waste Management Program Revisions

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Louisiana's revised Hazardous Waste Program, which aligns with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) requirements. The program revision will take effect once the review and comment period ends, unless the EPA receives adverse written comments.
