National Park Service and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announce Draft Restoration Plan for Colonial Pipeline Oil Spill

The National Park Service and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, in collaboration with the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia, have made available a draft plan to address the 1990 Colonial Pipeline oil spill in Reston, Virginia, in compliance with the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 and the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
