Environmental Assessment for Charles River Park Parcel Disposal and Reuse

The US Department of the Army has made available an Environmental Assessment (EA) and a Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) for the disposal and reuse of the Charles River Park parcel in Watertown, Massachusetts. The EA was previously recommended by the 1988 Commission on Base Realignment and Closure, which was established by the Defense Authorization Amendments and Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1988.
