North Carolina Receives Final Authorization for Hazardous Waste Program Revisions

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved North Carolina's revised hazardous waste management program, which was submitted under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), following a review period that ended on a specified date.
