EPA Grants Final Authorization to North Carolina's Hazardous Waste Management Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved North Carolina's revised hazardous waste management program, which was submitted without prior public comment, as an immediate final rule due to the agency's assessment that the action is noncontroversial.
