Delegation of Authority Concerning Sanctions Amendment of Existing Delegations and Redelegations of Authority

The US government has amended existing delegations of authority to issue sanctions, requiring the Office of General Counsel to concur on proposed sanctions and settlements, and granting the Director of the Enforcement Center the power to issue suspensions, debarments, and limited participation denials.
