OMB Approves PHA Development Cost Budget Collection

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the collection of information for public housing agencies (PHAs) to submit contracts and certificates for development cost budget and actual development cost certification, as required by Section 941.205 of the HUD regulations.
