Uniform Procedures for Excess Personal Property Acquisition and Transfer Established by Office of Procurement and Property Management

The Office of Procurement and Property Management has issued a final rule outlining uniform procedures for acquiring and transferring excess personal property to 1890 Land Grant Institutions, 1994 Land Grant Institutions, and Hispanic-Serving Institutions for research and educational purposes, as authorized by the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 (FAIR Act).
