National Offshore Safety Advisory Committee Charter Renewal

The U.S. Secretary of Transportation has extended the charter of the National Offshore Safety Advisory Committee (NOSAC) for 2 years, from September 23, 1998, to September 23, 2000. NOSAC advises the Coast Guard on offshore safety and rulemaking matters.
