Notice of the Proposed Partial Settlement and Hearing is being mailed to each class member. The notice is set forth below. It consists of nine parts and describes the purpose, general nature of claim and action, definition of the class, the proposed settlement agreement, proposed deductions, payment and distribution of the Common Fund, dismissal and release of settled claims, right to object, examination of papers and additional information.
