Fort Benning and City of Columbus Announce Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Land Exchange

The US Army has made available a draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) assessing the potential environmental impacts of a land exchange between Fort Benning and the City of Columbus, Georgia, as authorized by the National Defense Authorization Act of 1990.
