Minnesota Court Ruling on Social Security Coverage for Medical Residents

The State of Minnesota has filed a lawsuit against Apfel, and the Social Security Administration has issued a ruling on coverage for employees under a federal-state Section 218 agreement or modification, excluding services performed by medical residents, as per the Student Services Exclusion provision in Title II of the Social Security Act.
