EPA and DOJ Announce Proposed Purchaser Agreement for North Penn Area 12 Superfund Site
The Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Justice have proposed a purchaser agreement to resolve potential EPA claims against Techni-Tool, Inc. and T-Squared Realty, L.L.C. at the North Penn Area 12 Superfund Site in Pennsylvania, subject to public comment.
