Colville Confederated Tribes Submit Application for Lead-Based Paint Activities Approval

The Colville Confederated Tribes submitted an application to the EPA on September 10, 1998, requesting authorization to oversee training and certification for lead-based paint activities in target housing and child-occupied facilities under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The EPA is now accepting public comments on the application for 45 days, with an opportunity to request a public hearing.
