Department of the Army Amends System of Records Notice Under the Privacy Act of 1974

The Department of the Army is updating its system of records notice, which will take effect on December 7, 1998, unless comments are received. The proposed changes can be found in the Federal Register and are available from the U.S. Total Army Personnel Command.
