OFAC Publishes General License 78 for Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions Regulations

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has made available a general license (GL 78) for activities related to the Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions Regulations, previously published on OFAC's website.
