EPA Approves Oklahoma State Plan for Municipal Waste Combustors

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Oklahoma's plan to implement and enforce emissions guidelines for existing municipal waste combustors with a capacity of over 250 tons per day, as required by the Clean Air Act.
