New York Stock Exchange Extends Pilot Program for Reimbursement of Member Costs for Shareholder Communication

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to extend its pilot program that reimburses member organizations for costs incurred in transmitting proxy and other shareholder communication materials, effective immediately.
