Canadian Pacific Railway Company Exempted from Leasing Minnesota Commercial Railway Company's Operations

The Canadian Pacific Railway Company (Soo Line District) has been granted an exemption from leasing the operations of the Minnesota Commercial Railway Company, allowing it to take over the railway's operations without a lease agreement.
