EPA Approves Texas Ozone Nonattainment Areas' Implementation Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted conditional interim approval of implementation plans for the Dallas/Fort Worth, El Paso, and Houston/Galveston ozone nonattainment areas in Texas, aiming to meet the National Ambient Air Quality Standard for ozone as required by the Clean Air Act.
