Outer Continental Shelf: Operations, Current List of Notices to Lessees and Operators (NTLs) Issued by the National Office and OCS Regions

The Minerals Management Service (MMS) issues Notices to Lessees and Operators (NTLs) to inform the public, industry, and government agencies about the current list of effective notices, rescinding several previous notices and introducing a new numbering system for regional notices, effective November 1, 1998.
