US Department of Commerce Requests Comments on Automatic Liquidation Regulation

The US Department of Commerce published a request for public comment on its automatic liquidation regulation, which affects resellers involved in the chain of commerce for imported goods, on October 15, 1998, in the Federal Register (63 FR 55361). The department is establishing a rebuttal period for parties to respond to the notice.
